As Director of Marketing and Communications, Jill Bondurant drives promotion for Old Line Government Affairs and Nemphos Braue through content marketing, social media, public relations and events.
An award-winning publicist and content marketer, Bondurant has championed brands ranging from Discovery to Disney, and written, edited and produced content for a variety of tactics and media. Bondurant’s 13-year career at Discovery spanned multiple divisions with work supporting all of the company’s U.S. television networks and Discovery Education. She worked closely with multiple partners and clients including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Comcast and Verizon, developing promotions for content ranging from Discovery’s Shark Week and Gold Rush to Investigation Discovery mysteries and OWN’s Greenleaf, driving increased viewership across platforms.
She’s worked with contacts and clients in industries ranging from engineering and technology to real estate and education; and written about subjects ranging from costume designers and environmental scientists to manufacturing companies and legal transactions.
Before Discovery, Bondurant worked closely with local government leaders, entrepreneurs and corporate executives at the Howard County Economic Development Authority; and at Feld Entertainment, she developed promotional events and press materials that highlighted the characters of Disney On Ice and the daring exploits of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
