The pens continue to be busy this time of year as another 140 bills were signed into law today in Annapolis. Included in this set of legislation is a $4 billion capital budget, bills addressing health needs such as insulin and dementia, transportation, alcoholic beverages and wetlands.
Of note, Governor Hogan signed legislation that provides additional funding for Old Line’s client Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, supporting their Excel Adult Education Program.
