Maryland’s Primary Election concluded this week after initially being postponed. Some results may not yet be final, pending mail-in ballots that have yet to be tabulated; mail-in ballots will begin to be counted starting Thursday, July 21. Turnout was reportedly low on Tuesday, with fewer votes cast during the early voting period as compared to 2018.
