- The Victim Compensation Reform Act
- The Growing Apprenticeships and the Public Safety Workforce (GAPS) Act
- The Pava LaPere Legacy of Innovation Act

- The Critical Infrastructure Streamlining Act
- The Transparent Government Act
- The Horse Racing-Racing Facility Ownership and Construction Racing Operations Bill
On May 15th, Governor Moore and the Board of Public Works approved an agreement to transfer ownership of Pimlico Race Course to the State of Maryland – just days before the 149th running of the Preakness.
In addition, Moore signed a measure known as the Maryland Kids Code, aimed at protecting online data, especially any collected on children.
