It was a day worth celebrating as Old Line’s Sherry Nickerson joined Delegates Shaneka Henson and Mark Chang for a day of smooth sailing in Annapolis. Only this time, instead of being at the State House, the group was on the water to observe graduation day at Brendon Sailing, a nonprofit that teaches children with learning differences how to sail.
