During the 2022 Legislative Session, Old Line Government Affairs was able to secure funding for their client Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake through the Executive Branch, leveraging support through the state budget, and through legislation. The funding was set aside for Goodwill’s Excel Center in Baltimore City, a tuition-free, public high school for adults, 21 years of age and older.
The center is set to open in late September 2023 and finishing touches are underway. Take a look at the progress so far!
