On Thursday, August 19th, Old Line Government Affairs hosted a cocktail reception at Tailchasers Restaurant and Dock Bar in Ocean City, Md., for members of the Maryland General Assembly, state and county leaders and staff, along with clients and other business contacts. Our indoor and outdoor venue hosted numerous guests who chatted over mini crabcakes and bite-sized key lime pies. Reconnecting with the legislature and our guests was a welcome change of pace from the hustle and bustle of the Maryland Association of Counties (MACo) convention, which was held during that week at Ocean City’s Roland E. Powell Convention Center. It was great to sip drinks and enjoy time together in person after months of Zoom calls.
